To qualify through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route, you will need to:
1/ have a degree in any subject or equivalent level 6 qualification
2/ pass both stages of the SQE assessment
3/ two years' full-time (or equivalent) qualifying work experience
4/ pass our character and suitability requirements.

SQE1 = Functioning Legal Knowledge, FLK 1+2, two exams of five hours respectively (each exam consists of 90 MCQs by 153 minutes, totally 4 exams in 2 days)
SQE 2 = oral 2 days + 12 written by 3 days

SQE2 oral assessments = Interview and attendance note/legal analysis + Advocacy. ( in London, Manchester or Cardiff )
Day 1:Advocacy (Dispute Resolution) + Interview and attendance note/legal analysis (Property Practice)
Day 2:Advocacy (Criminal Litigation) + Interview and attendance note/legal analysis (Wills and Intestacy, Probate Administration and Practice)
The length of the assessment, including briefings, time with the assessors and pre and post oral assessment work, is approximately 2 hours per day however you may be in the assessment centre for between 4.5 to 7 hours (from your report time). This will be confirmed in your joining instructions.

SQE2 written assessments = Case and matter analysis + Legal research + Legal writing + Legal drafting
All total of 12 will be taken over three separate days. On each day, you will sit four assessments. On each day there will be two sessions, each consisting of two assessments.
Session 1: 1 hour 30 minutes (2 assessments)
Scheduled break: 15 minutes
Session 2: 1 hour 45 minutes (2 assessments)
Day 1 :Two of these exercises will be in the context of Dispute Resolution and two will be in the context of Criminal Litigation.
Day 2 :Two of these exercises will be in the context of Property Practice and two will be in the context of Wills and Intestacy, Probate Administration and Practice.
Day 3:You will sit all assessments in the context of Business Organisations, Rules and Procedures.

It is #snowing in the morning !!! so cold... I feel the #atmosphere whilst walking to the workplace site. After dinner I try to drink a tiny bit of #whisky (#famousGrouse) mixed inside a small glass of coke, immediately I feel a little bit faint. #Macaron is for 48.8KCAL per one piece, and I just like the #pistachio flavour (the green one) in this pack, at this night I have a #passionFruit (orange) one too.

#Wealth & #Health #Report my serious #illness in the 17th month (the 522nd day) I have lived in South #UK. It is really very cold especially with my #sickness and feeling of #faint. My #headache appears with the deadly #pain of right shoulder’s #muscle. I still keep drinking the cups of #milkCoffee mixed with #pepperMint Tea, and wake up early (03:30-05:30) to do #whatever by #computer and #copyBook.

Mama baked littles #cake(s) yesterday because the #flour powder is passing its #expiryDate. And today I try to make a Matcha pancake myself. It is my first time of success, by using only 1 #egg, #milk, #butter, plain flour, matcha powder, being baked by the cooker for just 17 minutes. I don’t even consume so much of #matcha powder, it is Very intense and #delicious!!!

At the 12345th day I was born, I joined a company in South #UK, the first day of shift was my trial in #ikea. On this Friday and next Monday, I work in different part(s) of ikea.
